Of course there is!
At the end of seventh year all the students who have passed join together in the great hall where they’re presented with badges. The emblem is a polished silver Hogwarts crest with their houses corner in colour and the words ‘Hogwarts Graduate’ on the top banner. **
After they receive these they all share one last feast, collect all their things, say their goodbyes and then ride the boats back across the lake to Hogsmeade where they take their final trip home.
Aww I love that they take the boats home :)
